A deposits is required to secure booking, is non-refundable, and applied to total. Balance is due on appointment day. Deposits can be transferred once within 30 days. Appts. without a secured deposit 48 hours prior will be canceled.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and meeting our clients' needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

The Natural Crown uses photos and video recordings of clients for promotional and educational purposes related to hair and spa services.

A 9-minute grace period is allowed; a $15 late fee applies if you are 10 minutes late. Arriving over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation, forfeiting your deposit, and a charge of 50% of the service total.

Clients must arrive with detangled hair and previous color treatments at least 14 days old. If these requirements are not met, the service will be canceled, and 50% of the total scheduled amount will be charged to the card on file.

To ensure comfort and privacy, additional visitors are not allowed unless approved. Only the client receiving services may attend, except one parent or guardian can accompany a child.
