SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Natural Crown, LLC. We take pride in providing high-quality products formulated with care and intention. By completing your purchase on our website, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the shipping, fulfillment, and return terms outlined below.
PART 1: FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TERMS
1. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Standard Timeline: Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date your order is placed for processing and delivery. Business days strictly exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Queue Fulfillment: Orders are processed sequentially in the order they are received. Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.
Support Threshold: If you have not received a tracking update within five (5) business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@thenaturalcrown.com for assistance.
2. Shipping Jurisdictions & Cross-Border Fees
Authorized Locations: At this time, The Natural Crown, LLC ships exclusively to physical addresses located within the United States and Canada.
Cross-Border Customs & Duties: For all shipments destined for Canada, the customer is designated as the importer of record. The customer is solely responsible for paying any local provincial taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges applied at the border. The Natural Crown, LLC does not calculate, collect, or assume liability for these regional fees.
3. Undeliverable Packages & Address Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: Customers are strictly responsible for providing precise, accurate, and complete shipping information at the time of checkout, including necessary apartment, suite, unit, or gate codes.
Delivery Failures: The Natural Crown, LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
Reshipping Costs: If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier as undeliverable, the customer must cover all secondary reshipping costs. A digital invoice for the applicable shipping fees will be generated and must be paid in full before the order will be re-dispatched.
4. Carrier Disruption, Damage, & Theft
Risk of Loss: Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes directly to the buyer. The Natural Crown, LLC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives physically damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier immediately. After filing, submit an email to support@thenaturalcrown.com within forty-eight (48) hours including:
Your order number.
Your official carrier claim number (placed in the email subject line).
Clear photos of the damaged product(s), external shipping box, and internal packaging materials.
Failure to provide this carrier verification within the timeframe may result in a denial of service.
PART 2: REFUND, EXCHANGE, & RETURN TERMS
1. All Sales Are Strictly Final
Sanitation Standards: Due to health, safety, and public sanitation regulations, as well as the personal, cosmetic, and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, physical product exchanges, or offer discretionary refunds on any merchandise once an order has been successfully transmitted.
2. Missing or Incorrect Items (Order Issues)
48-Hour Notification Window: If your order arrives with missing items or incorrect products, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier-verified delivery timestamp.
Verification Requirements: To submit an inventory claim for review, email support@thenaturalcrown.com with your order number, a clear description of the discrepancy, a photo of all items received, and a photo of the original shipping box/packaging.
Forfeiture: Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without the mandatory photographic verification are ineligible for administrative review or replacement.
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds are extraordinarily rare and will only be evaluated, processed, or authorized under the following circumstances:
The Natural Crown, LLC is physically unable to fulfill or source an item in your order.
A duplicate transaction occurred due to a verified, technical payment processing error.
A refund is strictly mandated by applicable state, provincial, or federal law.
Approved refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method utilized at checkout.
