We're seeking a passionate, motivated, and licensed cosmetologist who shares our commitment to healthy hair, elevated client experiences, and continued professional growth. Whether you're an experienced stylist or looking to build your clientele, we welcome individuals who are ready to grow with us.
This is a commission-based, W-2 employment opportunity offering a 60/40 commission split (60% stylist / 40% salon), plus an additional 10% commission on retail sales. No established clientele is required.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability required. The anticipated start date is as early as November 1.
Active Cosmetology License
Proficiency in cornrowing and braid-down techniques
Passion for natural hair care and overall hair health
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn new techniques and expand service knowledge
Commitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment
A positive attitude and desire for continued professional growth
Our studio specializes in healthy hair care and elevated beauty and wellness experiences. Stylists should be willing and able to provide or receive training in the following service categories:
Natural Hair Care & Styling
Loc Maintenance & Styling
Sew-In Installations & Maintenance
Luxury Head Spa Treatments
All services must align with The Natural Crown's standards and service offerings. Any additional services must receive prior approval from salon owner before being offered to clients.
Please Note: The Natural Crown does not provide services to children under the age of 13.
Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences.
Prioritize healthy hair practices and professional service techniques.
Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate services.
Educate clients on proper maintenance and at-home hair care.
Recommend salon retail products based on individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the salon.
Follow established salon protocols, policies, and service standards.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development as available.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented salon environment.
