Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

Thank you for choosing The Natural Crown. We are committed to preparing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed for processing and delivery. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you have not received a shipping update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thenaturalcrown.com so we can assist you.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue promptly, please email:

  • A photo of all items received

  • A photo of the shipping box and packaging

  • Your order number

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

After filing your claim, email support@thenaturalcrown.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Your carrier claim number (included in the email subject line)

  • Your order number

Failure to provide the required claim information may delay the review and resolution process.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable.

The Natural Crown is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs. An invoice for the applicable shipping fees will be sent and must be paid in full before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Natural Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and request assistance.
