Due to health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as the personal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Issues

We strive to ensure every order is accurate. If you believe there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a request for review, please email support@thenaturalcrown.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of all items received

  • A photo of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after the 48-hour notification period or without the required documentation may not be eligible for review.

Exchanges

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not offer product exchanges.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:

  • An order cannot be fulfilled by The Natural Crown.

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a verified payment processing error.

  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
